Managed Lets
Your property will be routinely inspected to ensure it is being looked after to high standards. Our cleaners will give regular deep cleaning to each room of the property. Our property managers can recommend maintenance staff or use our in-house team.
Rental Regulations
We can have electrical, fire or gas inspections carried out at a discounted rate compared to independent tradesmen. We can advise on necessary building maintenance if it is required.

How do you guarantee rent?
We provide 3 months rent upfront with yearly contracts and due to our high demand we ensure your property is occupied and if not we pay the rent.
What maintence services do you provide?
Inspections are carried out monthly and minor maintenance is conducted, including fire detector batteries, light bulbs and leaky taps.
Who will be my tenants?
All tenants are professionals and we work closely with their employers who pay the rent. Ensuring we have a point of contact before and after their tenancy.
Will my property be kept well?
Cleaning and inspections are conducted monthly. Any damages are charged to tenants, which are then resolved by our maintenance team.
How can you help with property regulations?
We conduct an initial assessment of your property to ensure it meets all regulations. If needed we can then arrange for the required tradesmen to perform any necessary work to pass regulations.
